Shipping
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS with tracking and drop-off without a signature. Please contact us before choosing this delivery method, as it involves additional costs. Whichever shipment choice you make, we'll send you a link to track your package online. Shipping costs include preparation, packaging, and postage. Preparation costs are fixed, while shipping costs vary according to the total weight of the package. We strongly recommend that you group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes will be sized appropriately, and your items will be properly protected.
Terms of delivery
FREE SHIPPING applies only to orders of at least 300€ (excl. VAT), within mainland France, and applies to “normal speed” deliveries. Any request for delivery outside mainland France or by “fast” means will be invoiced at the rate in force on the day of delivery, regardless of the value of the order.
Shipping conditions
Our goods are shipped at the consignee's risk. It is therefore the recipient's responsibility:
- To check the condition and quantity of the products upon receipt, opening any packages of doubtful appearance in the presence of the delivery person.
- In the event of damage or missing items, express reservations on the transport note.
- To reiterate his justified protest in the form and within the time limits stipulated in article L.133-3 of the French Commercial Code.
Failure to comply with these formalities shall preclude any action against the carrier.
