General terms and conditions
It is the customer's responsibility to check the goods on delivery, in particular for references, quantities and quality, as well as their conformity with the order. The warranty is strictly limited to the repair or exchange of equipment found to be defective. In order to benefit from this contractual provision, the purchaser undertakes to justify his warranty claim in writing. Returns will only be accepted with our prior written agreement, following a request made to Eurosep Instruments. The purchaser must give us every opportunity to ascertain and remedy any defects. He must refrain from carrying out repairs or having them carried out by third parties, unless we have given our written agreement. All warranties are excluded for incidents due to fortuitous events or force majeure, as well as for replacement or repairs resulting from normal wear and tear of the equipment, deterioration or accidents due to negligence, lack of supervision or maintenance, and faulty use of this equipment or use not in compliance with our specifications.
Warranty terms
- Replacement lamps :
The warranty applies to all catalog items marked with one or two asterisks, up to a maximum of 6 (six) months from the date of the delivery note issued by us. The minimum duration of operation constituting the warranty is noted in bold for each lamp in the warranty duration column in the paper catalog. The operating time that triggers the warranty will be the one indicated on the hour meter for lamps with hour meters, or the one determined during the appraisal.
- Batteries and accumulators (excluding cells) :
The warranty is 6 months from the date of delivery against all manufacturing defects under conditions of use in accordance with their specifications.
- Lighting cables :
The contractual warranty is for 1 year from the date of delivery against all manufacturing defects under conditions of use conforming to their specifications.
Instrumentation - Diagnostic equipment
The contractual warranty for Heine brand equipment is 5 years from the date of delivery, against all manufacturing defects under conditions of use in accordance with their specifications. All consumables are excluded from the warranty. Details of Heine warranty conditions available on request.
- Instrumentation - Optoelectronics - OEM and Eurosep finished products :
The contractual warranty is for 1 year from the date of delivery against all manufacturing defects under conditions of use conforming to their specifications.
- Instrumentation - Optoelectronics - Museum projectors and framers :
The contractual warranty is for 2 years from the date of delivery against all manufacturing defects under conditions of use conforming to their specifications.
Terms and conditions
- To apply the warranty, the user must first contact Eurosep Instruments to declare his warranty claim and receive a return form.
- This guarantee is limited to the exchange or repair of the product recognized as defective after expertise in our premises.
- For lamps, batteries and light cables, Eurosep Instruments undertakes to exchange any product found to be defective within 5 working days from the date of receipt on its premises (subject to stock availability).
