Vitamin
Analysis
The VITASCANTM method has been developed for sample preparation and analyses of
fat soluble vitamins in serum. This validated methodology uses the CoulArray
electrochemical array detection system. The extremely wide range of the CoulArray permits
the simultaneous determination of these fat soluble vitamins from a single human serum
sample : vitamin A, E, Retinyl palmitate, lutein and lycopene. |
